N0. 10513 ACCEPTANCE OF RESIGNATION OF LA VERVE KLEIN, DEPUTY COUNTY CLERK
On this the 12th day of June 1967, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that the resignation of La Verne
Klein as Deputy County Clerk be ratified and confirmed, effective as of May 26, 1967.

N0. 10514 ORDER AUTHORIZING APPOINTMENT OF MARIE HURT AS DEPUTY COUNTY CLERK
On this the 12th day of June 1967, came on to be considered by the Court the applica-
tion of Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, for authority to appoint and deputize Marie Hurt
as Deputy County Clerk, and it appearing to the Court that said officer is entitled to
said Deputy and that the application should be approved; therefore on motion made by
Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved
that said officer be authorized to deputize Marie Hurt as Deputy County Clerk and that her
salary be set at $2700.00 per annum, effective the date of her qualification, the same
being June 13, 1967.

On this the 12th day of June 1967, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded
by Commissioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved the Minutes of Commissioners' Court
of Kerr County, Texas, from pages 496 thru 513, Volume M.

N0. 10516 'PRANSFER OF ffi7,500.00 FROM GENERAL FUND TO OFFICERS SALARY FUND
On this the 12th day of June 1967, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and
County Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to transfer the sum of $7500.00 from the
General Fund to the Officers Salary Fund.

N0. 10517 APPORTIONMENT OF $5,000.00 FROM THE GENERAL ROAD AND BRIDGE FUND
On this the 12th day of June 1967, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by CommissionerStone, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and
County Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to apportion the sum of ffi5,000.00 out of the
General Road and Bridge Fund to the respective Commissioners' Precincts:

Road and Bridge No. 3 ---------- $ 850.00

N0. 10518 COMMISSIONERS' COURT TO MEET AS BOARD OF EQUALIZATION JULY 7, 1967
On this the 12th day of June 1967 came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the matter of the Commissioners' Court sitting as a Board of Equalization, and it appear-
ing to the Court that the same is a necessity; therefore on motion made by Commissioner
Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Stone, it was unanimously approved that the Commissioners'
Court convene on Friday, July 7, 1967 between the hours of 9:00 o'clock A. M. and meeting
until 12:00 o'clock Noon and that proper notices be pubiiahed and also notices be mailed
to those property owners whose valuations the Court proposes to change.

N0. 10519 ALVIN S. BOOTH, CUSTODIAN, GRANTED PAY IN LIEU OF VACATION
On this the 12th day of June 1967, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded

Custodian, be granted the equivalent of two weeks salary in lieu of a regular vacation, the
same to be paid out of the General Fund.

James E. Fuller be increased to $46.00 per month, effective as of June 1, 1967, payable
out of the General Fund.
