Muenker, County Clerk, belonging to officers, witnesses and other persons, remaining in her hands uncalled for by the parties entitled thereto, for the period ending the 30th day of June 1967 and held on deposit in the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the amount of 551,585.35. DAVIS AND WIFE, ILA JEAN DAVIS, AS '1'0 PARCEL OF ABANDONED RIGHT-OF-WAY OF STATE HIGHWAY 39 AT INGRAM On this the 10th day of July, 1967, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of authorizing the County Judge to execute a Quitclaim Deed to Victor H. Davis and wife, Ila Jean Davis, as to a parcel of abandoned right-of-way of former State Highway 39 at Ingram; and it appearing to the Court that Kerr County has heretofore declared the section of former public roadway concerned as no longer being required for use by the public as a roadway and has requested the State of Texas to quitclaim the same to Kerr County as is set forth in Order No. 10,447, recorded in Vol. M, Page 627 of the minutes of the court and that the State of Texas has executied the requested Quitclaim Deed which is of record in Vol. 129, Page 71, Kerr County Deed Records; and it further appearing to the Court that record title to the 0.360 acres of land concerned is vested in the said Victor H. Davis and Ila Jean Davis, It is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, and unanimously approved by the Court that the County Judge be and is hereby authorized to execute Kerr County's Quitclaim Deed as to 0.360 acres of land out of Survey 130, F. Trevino, in the town of Ingram to Victor H.
