N0. 10536 ACCEPTANCE OF RESIGNATION OF COUNTY HEALTH OFFICER
On this the 14th day of August 1967, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, ^
seconded by Commissioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved that the resignation of
Barry K. Fawcett, M.D., County Health Officer, be accepted with regrets, due to his leaving
Kerrville, effective as of August 1, 1967.

N0. 10537 APPOIN`T'MENT OF DR. DAN W. BACON AS COUNTY HEAL'1'H OFFICER TO FILL UNEXPIRED TERM
On this the 14th day of August 1967, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, aeconded
by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that Dr. Dan W. Bacon be appoint-
ed County Health Officer to fill the unexpired term, effective the date of his qualifica-
tion.

N0. 10538 URDER AUTHORIZING APPOINTMENT OF LO`1TIE ENRI~UEZ AS DEPUTY ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR
On this the 14th day of August 1967, came on to be considered by the Court the applica-
tion of Juanita Reeves, Tax Assessor-Collector, for authority to appoint and deputize Lottie --
Enriquez as Deputy Assessor-Collector, and it appearing to the Court that said officer is
entitled to said Deputy and that the application should be approved; therefore on motion
made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously
approved that said officer be authorized to deputize Lottie Enriquez as Deputy Assessor-
Collector and that her salary be set at $240.00 per month, effective the date of her qualifi-
cation, the same being the 15th day of August 1967.

N0. 10539 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF COLONIAL MANOR SUBDIVISION
On this the 14th day of August 1967, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded
by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Colonial Manor
Subdivision in Kerr County, Texas.

N0. 10540 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF COUNTY BUDGET FOR 1968
On this the 14th day of August 1967, after motion having been duly made by Commissioner
Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved that the County
Clerk be hereby directed to issue notice by publication, with notice thereof to be published
in the official newspaper of Kerr County one time, that the Commissioners' Court of Kerr
County will submit for consideration of the public, a Budget for the Control of the County
Financial Affairs during the fiscal year, January 1st, 1968 to December 31, 1968, the same
to be at a public hearing to be held September 1, 1967 at 9:00 o'clock A. M. in the Kerr
County Commissioners' Court Room of the Courthouse in Kerrville, Texas.

N0. 10541 APPROVAL OF ANNUAL REPORT OF TAX COLLECTOR FOR TAX YEAR 1966, ENDING JUNE 30,
1967
On this the 14th day of August 1967 came on to be examined by the Court the settle-
ment with Juanita Reeves, Tax Assessor-Collector, for the period ending June 30, 1967 and
it appearing to the Court that said report is in proper form and should be approved; and
That the Tax Assessor-Collector be credited with the amounts as set forth on the
current tax roll of Insolvents, Errors, Delinquents and Discounts Allowed, as follows:
Insolvent List $1,593.20
Erroneous Assessments ~a1,679.29
Delinquent Taxes $1,859.50
Discounts $1,469.55

and also that the Tax Assessor-Collector be charged with the amounts collected in addition
"- to the current rolls of Insolvent Tax Collections, Redemption and Poll Taxes, as listed on
the report.
Upon motion made by Commissioner Burney, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court
unanimously accepted said report as submitted, to be filed with the County Clerk, for
future reference and subject to audit.

N0. 10542 TRANSFER OF $5,000.00 FROM GENERAL FUND TO OFFICERS SALARY FUND
On this the 14th day of August 1967, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and
County Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to transfer the sum of $5,000.00 from the
General Fund to the Officers Salary Fund.

N0. 10543 APPORTIONMENT OF $10,000.00 FROM GENERAL ROAD AND BRIDGE FUND
On this the 14th day of August 1967, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded
by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to apportion the sum of $10,000.00 out of the General
Road and Bridge Fund to the respective Commissioners' Precincts:

N0. 10545 ORDER APPROVING PLAT OF BOX S ACRES SUBDIVISION IN KERR COUNTY, TEXAS
On this the 14th day of August, 1967, came on to be considered by the Court the

proposed plat of Box S Acres, a proposed subdivision in Kerr County, Texas; and it appearing
to the Court that the said Plat as prepared and submitted complies with all statutory
requirements for filing in the Plat Records of Kerr County, it is ordered on motion by
Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Burney and unanimously approved by the Court
that the proposed Plat of the said Box S Acres Subdivision be accepted and approved for
filing in the Plat Records of Kerr County; provided, however, that it is stipulated by the
Commissioners Court of Kerr County that in accepting and approving the said plat for filing,
Kerr County does not accept as county roadways the road easements dedicated for public use
by the proponent of the said plat and further that Kerr County does not assume any responsi-
bility for the repair, maintenance, construction or reconstruction of the roadways so
dedicated.
