It is therefore ordered and the Tax Assessor of Kerr County is herewith instructed to employ the following minimum values in taking renditions for 1968 ad valorem taxes; it being the intent of the Court that the following values shall be a binding minimum, but shall not be construed as in any way constituting a maximum value, provided however, that the minimum valuations of ranch, grazing and cultivated lands shall be subject to adjustment on the basis of market value or income. Minimum valuations herewith ORDERED are as follows, to-wit: Cattle and horses $25.00, Goats $2.50, and Sheep $3.50 Ranch and grazing lands ~ $5.50, $4.40 and $3.30, depending on quality; Cultivated lands ~ $16.50 and $11.00, depending on quality; Automobiles ~ 25~ of Retail Book Values for Models 1965 and newer, including those held by dealers; All other property including merchandise inventories, mobile trailer homes, aircraft, real estate not otherwise herein mentioned at not less than 25~ of actual values.
