e~e~(~ the Court unanimously approved that the levy of the 1967 tax be accepted. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 10563 APPROVAL OF 1967 TAX ROLL BY BOARD OF EQUALIZATION On this the 11th day of September 1967, with the County Judge and County Commissioners sitting as a Board of Equalization, did carefully examine the Tax Rolls made up from the approved assessments by Juanita Reeves, Tax Assessor-Collector for Kerr County, and for the year 1967 and did find that all Surveys and parts of Surveys of land, and all lots and blocks of the cities and towns of this County and all personal property, insofar as they were able to ascertain have been assessed for taxes for the year 1967 at its true and full market or real value. The 1967 tax roll reflects the following: Total County valuation ----- X22,519,900 Total State valuation ----- $15,983,250 The charges are as follows: State Tax --- ~ 75,131.18 County Tax --- $180,159.27 U G R A --- ~ 11,229.05 F C & L R --- $ 47,949.89 School ~ 88,465.51 TUTAL TAX X402,934.90 On motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Stone, it is Ordered by the Court that said tax rolls for the year 1967 are therefore unanimously approved. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o COURT RECESSED September 11, 1967 at 2:30 o'clock P.M. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o CONTRACT FOR COMPILING A DELINQUENT TAX RECORD FOR KERR COUNTY, TEXAS THE STATE OF TEXAS ~ KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: COUNTY OF KERR ~ WHEREAS, Article 7336f, Vernon's Revised Civil Statutes of Texas, requires that the Assessor-Collector of Taxes shall cause to be compiled a delinquent tax record; and, WHEREAS, Article 7336E further requires that the Assessor-Collector of Taxes shall cause to be prepared a two year supplement, or a recompiliation, when as many as two years taxes have become delinquent which are not shown on the delinquent tax record of his county; and WHEREAS, the pssessor-Collector of Taxes for Kerr County, Texas deems it necessary and expedient to contract with a competent firm to compile said delinquent tax record under his supervision; and, WHEREAS, C. R. Law Tax Records, Inc., with its principal office in Austin, Travis County, Texas, is engaged in and now does such work and represents that it is fully equipped, competent and capable of performing the above desired work and is willing and ready to perform said work in accordance with the provisions of law, rulings of the Comptroller of Public Accounts, Austin, Texas and suggestions of the Assessor-Collector of Taxes for Kerr County, Texas; and, WHEREAS, after having made careful investigation of C.
