Squyres/ together wife, Franklin L. Norwood, as Lienholders, for the conveyance of reconstruction of F. M. Road 783; and after due consideration by had: AND CHAS. C. NORWOOD AND F. M. ROAD 783 Zd considered by the Court Leona M. Squyres, with Chas. C. Norwood and land required for the the Court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm and unanimously approv- ed by the Court, that Kerr County hereby offers to pay Riley N. Squyres and wife, Leona M. Squyres, the sum of X550.00 for land and damages for their conveyance to the State of Texas of 0.1]9 acres of land out of Survey 120, Walter Fosgate; with the landowners retaining title to the wooden fencing on the right-of-way conveyed and assuming the responsibility for its removal or relocation; and in addition Kerr County will do any work necessary on the present entrance roadways outside of the State right-of-way line that may be necessary to establish an acceptable grade line and will do all necessary resurfacing to connect the existing roadways to the new road surface, and in addition, Kerr County will assume the cost of such concrete curbing as the Texas Highway Department shall elect to construct along the edge of the new roadway. And it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a a voucher on the F. M. 783 ROW Fund in the amount of X550.00 payable to Riley N. Squyres and Leona M. Squyres and to the lien holders above named unless the latter shall relinquish claim to the consideration paid, the said voucher to be delivered on receipt of the duly executed Right-of-Way Deed and Partial Release of Liens. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 10567 OFFER TO MORRIS C. Hankins, for the conveyance of land required for the reconstruction of F. M. Road 783; and after due considera- tion by the Court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commis- sinner Stone and unanimously approved by the Court, that Kerr County hereby offers to pay Morris C. Hankins and wife, Clara E. Hankins, the sum of $500.00 for land and damages for their conveyance to the State of Texas of 0.126 acres of land out of Survey 120, Walter Fosgate; and in addition, Kerr County will do any work necessary on the present entrance
