Road 783; and after due con- sideration by the Court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Burney, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay Chas. W. Henry and wife, Jessie Lynn Henry, the sum of $500.00 for land and damages for their conveyance to the State of Texas of 0.096 acres of land out of Survey 120, Walter Fosgate; and in addition, Kerr County will assume the cost of such concrete curbing as the Texas Highway Department shall elect to construct along the edge of the new road- way; and, It is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the F.
