COURT CONVENED IN SPECIAL SESSIOPT October 30, 1967 at 10:00 o'clock A.M., with the following officers present: Julius R. Neunhoffer W. C. Schwethelm Clinton D. Burney Adolph Bartel County Judge Commissioner Precinct 1 Commissioner Precinct 2 Commissioner Precinct 3 and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had: N0. 10585 ORDER ACCEPTING PUBLIC ROAD EASEMENT FOR VARIOUS ROADWAYS CONSTITUTING 27.39 ACRES OUT OF SURVEYS 145, THOS. L. WADDELL and 146, WM. C. FRANCIS AND DECLAR- ING SAID ROADWAYS TO BE PUBLIC ROADS On this the 30th day of October, 1967 came on to be heard and considered by the Court an easement describing certain proposed public roadways as are more particularly described therein and which proposed public roadways comprise 27.39 acres of land being 18.56 acres out of Survey No. 145 Thos. L. Waddell and 8.83 acres out of Survey No. 146 Wm. C. Francis; the said easement having been tendered Kerr County by G. E. Lehmann and Gordon H. Monroe, owners of the lands therein described and it appearing to the Court that the roadways described in said easement have been heretofore constructed by the named grantors at no cost to Kerr County and have been heretofore paved by the named grantors and that such roadways are required for use by the public for ingress and egress to various properties abuting said roadways, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm seconded by Commissioner Burney and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County accept the aforesaid easement as tendered by G. E. Lehmann and Gordon H. Monroe and that the roadways described therein be accepted as public roadways and be so declared and it is further ordered that the said easement be recorded in the Kerr County Easement Records. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 10586 APPROVAL OF CLAIM OF W. T. THURMAN On this the 30th day of October 1967, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved the claim of W. T. Thurman in the amount of $394.02 for 1791 ft. of fencing C .22 per ft. and the Clerk and Treasurer are hereby authorized to draw a voucher in the amount of $394.02, payable to W. T. Thurman out of the F. M. 783 R/W Fund. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 10587 OFFER TO W. E. ROBISON AND WIFE, GRACE ROBISON FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR F. M. RUAD 783 On this the 30th day of October, 1967, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of compensation to be paid W. E. Robison and wife, Grace Robison, for the conveyance of land required for the reconstruction of F. M. Road 783; and after due consideration by the Court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, and unanimously approved by the Court, that Kerr County hereby offers to pay W. E. Robison and wife, Grace Robison, the sum of X100.00 for land and damages for their conveyance to the State of Texas of 0.070 acres of land out of Survey 120, Walter Fosgate; and in addition to the foregoing consideration, Kerr County will relocate the existing chain link fence on the new right-of-way line, and in so doing, will make any requested adjustments in the width of the existing entrance; provided, however, that Kerr County shall not be obligated to furnish any new entrance gates if said entranceway is widened; and in addition Kerr County will assume the cost of such concrete curbing as the 'Pexas Highway Department shall elect to construct along the edge of the new roadway.
