day of November 1y67 at 10:00 o'clock A.M., in the City of Kerrville, a Regular Term of
Commissioners' Court, with the following members present:

and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
N0. 10591 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this Lhel3th day of November 1967, came on to be examined by the Court the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners Precincts since
the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Clerk
and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road and Bridge Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4, Lateral Road 1,
General, Officers Salary, County Law Library, Jury, F. NZ. 1340 R/W, F. M. 783 R/W,
Permanent Improvement and Public Library Funds, as shown in the Minutes of Accounts allowed
from page 1114 thru 1118 , Voucher Nos. 19181 thru 19383 , which were made a part here-
of and of this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimous-
ly approved by the Court.

N0. 10592 MONTHLY REPORTS OF COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICERS OF KERR COUNTY APPROVED
On this the 13th day of November 1967, came on to be examined by the Court the various
reports of October of the County and Precinct Officers of Kerr County, Texas, and the same
having been heard and considered by the Court, Finds that said reports are true and correct
and should be approved; therefore, upon motion of Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commis-
sinner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that tyre submitted reports be	accepted
and filed with the County Clerk for future reference and subject to audit.

N0. 10593 RETURNS OF ELECTION OPd PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO TIC CONSTITUTION OF TEXAS
CAI\NASSED AND TABULATED
On this the 13th day of November 1967, came on to be considered by the Court the returns
to be canvassed, to determine the results of the Proposed Amendments to the Constitution
of Texas held on November 11, 1967.
Wherefore the Court having canvassed and tabulated the returns of the above-mentioned
~"' Election, is of the opinion that said returns, after having been canvassed and tabulated
in Volume 5, Pages 70-72, Record of Election Returns, and as certified by each member of
the Commissioners' Court, upon motion of Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner
Burney, are unanimously approved by the Court.
