N0. 10613 APPROVAL OF ANNUAL PAYMENT TO SID PETERSON MF,DiORIAL HOSPITAL
On this the 11th day of December 1967, came on to be heard and considered by the
Court the matter of payment and contribution to the Sid Peterson Memorial Hospital, for
the care of indigent patients for the year 1967, in the sum of $2000.00. Upon motion
made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Burney, the Court unanimously
approved that the Clerk and Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the General Fund
in the amount of $2000.00, for the care of indigent patients.

N0. 10614 APPROVAL OF TERRACING CONTRACT IN PRECINCT NO. 4
On this the 11th day of December 1967, in accordance with the provisions of Article
2372c of the Revised Civil Statutes of Texas, the application of Jim W. Weatherby for
terracing of his land approximately 15 miles northwest of Kerrville in Precinct No. 4,
was approved by the Court and contract entered into by and between the Commissioner of
Precinct No. 4 and the aforementioned party. Motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously approved by the Court.

On this the 11th day of December 1967, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, second-
ed by Commissioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved that the allowance of Roy Bennett
be suspended, effective December 1, 1967, due to temporary reduction of needs.
