M. Road 783; and after due consideration by the Court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Burney, and unanimously approved by the Court, that Kerr County hereby offers to pay Clifton Mackey and wife, Frances Mackey, the sum of $2,500.00 for land and damages for their conveyance to the State of Texas of 0.067 acres of land out of Survey 120, Walter Fosgate; and in addition to the foregoing cash consideration, Kerr County will assume the cost of such concrete curbing as the Texas Highway Department shall elect to construct along the new roadway and will also provide concrete curbing between the curb line and right- of-way line along the sides of a new driveway which will receive a two-course asphalt ^ surface insofar as it is 1ocr,ted on the State Right-of-way lines; And it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the F.
