N0. 10613 APPROVAL OF ANNUAL PAYMENT TO SID PETERSON MEi~iORIAL HOSPITAL
On this the 11th day of December 1967, came on to be heard and considered by the
Court the matter of payment and contribution to the Sid Peterson Memorial Hospital, for
the care of indigent patients for the year 1967, in the sum of $2000.00. Upon motion
made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Burney, the Court unanimously
approved that the Clerk and Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the General Fund
in the amount of $2000.00, for the care of indigent patients.

N0. 10614 APPROVAL OF TERRACING CONTRACT IN PRECINCT N0. 4
On this the 11th day of December 1967, in accordance with the provisions of Article
2372c of the Revised Civil Statutes of Texas, the application of Jim W. Weatherby for
terracing of his land approximately 15 miles northwest of Kerrville in Precinct No. 4,
was approved by the Court and contract entered into by and between the Commissioner of
Precinct No. 4 and the aforementioned party. PIotion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously approved by the Court.

On this the 11th day of December, 1967, came on to be heard and considered by the
Court the matter of compensation to be paid Clifton Mackey and wife, Frances Mackey, for
the conveyance of land required for the reconstruction of F. M. Road 783; and after due
consideration by the Court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by
Commissioner Burney, and unanimously approved by the Court, that Kerr County hereby offers
to pay Clifton Mackey and wife, Frances Mackey, the sum of $2,500.00 for land and damages
for their conveyance to the State of Texas of 0.067 acres of land out of Survey 120, Walter
Fosgate; and in addition to the foregoing cash consideration, Kerr County will assume the
cost of such concrete curbing as the Texas Highway Department shall elect to construct
along the new roadway and will also provide concrete curbing between the curb line and right-
of-way line along the sides of a new driveway which will receive a two-course asphalt
^ surface insofar as it is 1ocr,ted on the State Right-of-way lines;
And it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a
voucher on the F. M. 783 ROW Fund in the amount of x$2,500.00 payable to Clifton Mackey and
Frances Mackey, the said voucher to be delivered on receipt of their duly executed Right-
of-~4ay Deed, the Hill Country Federal Savings and Loan Adsociation, Inc., as lienholder,
having waived all claims to the compensation herein offered and having further heretofore
executed and delivered a partial release of all outstanding liens as to the 0.067 acres of
right-of-way referred to herein.
