N0. 10617 OFFER TO CLIFTON MACKEY AND WIFE, FRANCES MACKEY, FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR F. M.
ROAD 783
On this the 11th day of December, 1967, came on to be heard and considered by the
Court the matter of compensation to be paid Clifton Mackey and wife, Frances Mackey, for
the conveyance of land required for the reconstruction of F. M. Road 783; and after due
consideration by the Court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by
Commissioner Burney, and unanimously approved by the Court, that Kerr County hereby offers
to pay Clifton Plackey and wife, Frances Mackey, the sum of $2,500.00 for land and damages
for their conveyance to the State of Texas of 0.067 acres of land out of Survey 120, Walter
Fosgate; and in addition to the foregoing cash consideration, Kerr County will assume the
cost of such concrete curbing as the Texas Highway Department shall elect to construct
along the new roadway and will also provide concrete curbing between the curb line and rig$nt-
of-way line along the sides of a new driveway which will receive a two-course asphalt
surface insofar as it is located on the State Right-of-way lines;
And it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a
voucher on the F. M. 783 ROW Fund in the amount of $2,500.00 payable to Clifton Mackey and
Frances Mackey, the said voucher to be delivered on receipt of their duly executed Right-
of-L~Jay Deed, the Hill Country Federal Savings and Loan Adsociation, Inc., as lienholder,
having waived all claims to the compensation herein offered and having further heretofore
executed and delivered a partial release of all outstanding liens as to the 0.067 acres of
right-of-way referred to herein.

On this the 11th day of December 1967, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, second-
ed by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and
County Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to apportion the sum of $5,000.00 out of the
General Road and Bridge Fund to the respective Commissioners' precincts:

County Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to transfer the sum of X63,000.00 from the
General Road and Bridge Fund to the F. INT. 783 R/W Fund.
