Offer to Clifton Mackey and Wife, Frances Mackey,
for Right-of-Way for F, M. Road 783
On this the 11th day of December, 1967, came on to be heard and con-
sidered by the Court the matter of compensation to be paid Clifton Mackey and
wife, Frances Mackey, for the conveyance of Land required for the reconstruc-
tion of F, M, Road 783; and after due consideration by the Court, it is ordered
on motion by Commissioner Stone seconded by Commis-
sinner gurney and unanimously approved by the Court, that
Kerr County hereby offers to pay Clifton Mackey and wife, Frances Mackey, the
sum of $2, 50G, 00 for land and damages for their conveyance to the
State of Texas of 0.067 acres of land out of Survey 120, Walter Fosgate; and in
addition to the foregoing cash consideration, Kerr County will assume the cost
of such concrete curbing as the Texas Highway Department shall elect to con-
struct along the new roadway and will also provide concrete curbing between
the curb line and right-of-way line along the sides of a new driveway which
will receive atwo-course asphalt surface insofar as it is located on the State
Right-of-way lines;
And it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized
to draw a voucher on the F, M, 783 ROW Fund in the amount of $ 2, 500, 00
payable to Clifton Mackey and Frances Mackey, the said voucher to be deliver-
ed on receipt of their duly executed Right-of-Way Deed, the Hill Country Federal
Savings and Loan Association, Inc., as lienholder, having waived all claims to
the compensation herein offered and having further heretofore executed and de-
livered apartial release of all outstanding liens as to the 0. 067 acres of right-
of-way referred to herein.
