Order Accepting Offer of J. E. Ghiles, Jr. , and Wife,
Nova Lucille Chiles, to Donate Right-of-Way for F. M.
Road 783
On this the 3rd day of November, 1967, came on to be heard and
considered by the Court the offer of J. E. Chiles, Jr., and wife, Nova
Lucille Chiles, to donate land required by the State of Texas for the re-
cottstruction of F, M, Road 783; and it apperaing to the Court that the

_ a~pir~ved by the Court that Kerr County hereby accepts the offer of J, E.
Jr., and wife, Nova Lucille Chiles, to donate 0.201 acres of

~And~ut of Survey 120, Walter Fosgate, to the State of Texas for right-

Hof- ay purposes; and in return for such donation, Kerr County will con-
s.~ruct a new 5 foot chain link fence along the new right-of-way line to-
gether. with such appropriate replacements for existing entrance gates as
might be requested, and said new fence shall be winged so as to properly
connect with the existing cattle guard posts.
