Offer to B. C. Hobson and Wife, Mamie Hobson,
for Right-of-Way for F. M. Road 783
On this the 3rd day of November, 1967, came on to be heard and
considered by the Court the matter of compensation to be paid B. C. Hob-
son and wife, Mamie Hobson, for the conveyance of land required for the
reconsiruction of F. M. Road 783; and after due consideration by the
Court, it is ordered on motion br Commissioner ~~~x. ,
' seconded by Commissioner ~/~ f~~„g~-~c~.~.~ and unanimously
`"~ ,_ ~.~~roved by the Court, that Kerr County hereby offers to pay B. C. Hob-
~i - soFi and Lvife, Mamie Hobson, the sum of $250.00 for land and damages for
th,~ir conveyance to the State of Texas of 0.018 acres of land out of Survey
T20, Walter Fosgate; the foregoing consideration being intended to include

~~ ~ Qompensation for the estimated costs of relocation of the existing concrete

"' detaining wall and shrubbery located on the land conveyed; and in addition
` Kerr County will assume the cost of such concrete curbing as the Texas
Highway Department shall elect to construct along the edge of the new road-
way.
And it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be autho-
rized to draw a voucher on the F. M. 783 ROW Fund in the amount of
$250.00 payable to B. C. Hobson and Mamie Hobson, the said voucher to
be delivered on receipt of their duly executed Right-of-Way Deed.
