Offer to W. E. Robison and Wife, Grace Robison
for Right-of-Way for F. M. Road 783
On this the 30th day of October, 1967, came on to be heard and
considered by the Court the matter of compensation to be paid W. E. Robi-
son and wife, Grace Robison, for the conveyance of land required for the re-
construction of F. M. Road 783; and after due consideration by the Court, it
is	ordered.on motion by Commissioner	SchWethelm	seconded
			
by	Commissioner Bartel	and unanimously	approved by the
Catbrt,-that Ke~'f County hereby offers to pay W. E. Robison and wife, Grace
Robison, the sum of $100.00 for land and damages for their conveyance to the

State of Texas of 0.070 acres of land out of Survey 120, Walter Fosgate; and

in addition to the foregoing consideration, Kerr County will relocate the exist-
ing chain link fence on the new right-of-way line, and in so doing, will make
any reque3ted adjustments in the width of the existing entrance; provided, how-
ever, that Kerr County shall not be obligated to furnish any new entrance gates
if said entranceway is widened; and in addition Kerr County will assume the
cost of such concrete curbing as the Texas Highway Department shall elect to
construct along the edge of the new roadway.
And it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be
authorized to draw a voucher on the F. M. 783 ROW Fund in the amount of
$100. 00 payable to W. E. Robison and Grace Robison, the said voucher to be
