Offer to E. W. Hightower and Wife, Emma Buss
Hightower for Right-of-Way for F. M. Road 783
On this the ~. _ day of October, 1907, came on to be heard
and considered by the Court the matter of compensation to be paid
E. W. Hightower and wife, Emma Buss Hightower, for the convey-
ance of land required for the reconstruction of F. M, Road 783; and
~ ;after due consideration by the Court, it is ordered on motion by Com-

_ ~ --that Kerr County hereby offers to pay E. W. Hightower and wife,

Emma Buss Hightower, the sum of $1, 000.00 for land and damages
- ~or their conveyance to the State of Texas of 0. 167 acres of land out
t' =bf Survey 120, Walter Fos gate; and in addition, Kerr County will do
~`: any work necessary on the present entrance roadway outside of the
State right-of-way line that may be necessary to establish an accept-
able grade line and will do all necessary resurfacing to connect the
existing roadway to the new road surface, and in addition, Kerr County
will assumz the cost of such concrete curbing as the Texas Highway
Department shall elect to construct along the edge of the new roadway.
And it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be
authorised to draw a voucher on the F. M. 783 ROW Fund in the
amount of $1, 000. 00 payable to E. W. Hightower and Emma Buss
Hightower, the said voucher to be delivered on receipt of their duly
executed Right-of-Way Deed.
