Offer to Morris C. Hankins and Wife, Clara E. Hankins
for Right-of-Way for F. M. Road 783
On this the~day of October, 1967, came on to be heard
and considered by the Court the matter of compensation to be paid
Morris C. Hankins and wife, Clara E. Hankins, for the conveyance
: -of land required for the reconstruction of F. M. Road 783; and after
` ~ue consideration by the Court, it is ordered on motion by Commis-

- ~~~, and unanimously approved by the Gourt, that Kerr
County hereby offers to pay Morris C. Hankins and wife, Glara E.
• + ~Flankins, the sum of $500.00 for land and damages for their convey-
, ~_ ~ . Wince to the State of Texas of 0. 12o acres of land out of Survey 120,

Walter Fos gate; and in addition, Kerr County will do any work neces-

sary on the present entrance roadway outside of the State right-of-way
line that may be necessary to establish an acceptable grade line and
will do all necessary resurfacing to connect the existing roadway to
the new road surface, and in addition, Kerr County will assume the
cost of such concrete curbing as the Texas Highway Department shall
elect to construct along the edge of the new roadway; and,
It is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be
authorized to draw a voucher on the F. M. 783 ROW Fund in the
amount of $500. 00 payable to Morris C. Hankins and Clara E. Hankins,
the said voucher to be delivered on receipt of their duly executed Right-
of-Way Deed.
