Order Amending Order No. 10, 368, Offer to Tom J.
Moore for Right-of-Way for F. M. Road 783
On this the 6th day of January, 1967, came on to be heard and
considered by the Court the matter of amending Order No. 10, 368 hereto-
fore entered by the Court on the 12th day of December, 1966; and it appear-
ing to the court that the said Tom J. Moore has agreed to accept the sum of
$1750.00 cash consideration, together with the other consideration tendered
by virute of the terms of the said Order No. 10, 368, it is ordered on motion
by seconded by Commissioner E ,

and unanimously approved by the court that the said Order No. 10, 368
amended so as to fix the amount of cash consideration offered at $1750.00;
And it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be
,~ authorized to draw a voucher on the F. M. 783 ROW Fund in the amount of
$1'750.00, payable to Tom J. Moore to be delivered upon receipt of his
duly executed Right-of-Way Deed.
