Offer to Robbie Tips Alliger for Right-of-Way fox

On this the 9th day of January, 1967, came on to be heard and con-
sidered by the court the matter of compensation to be paid Robbie Tips Alliger
for 2.046 acres of land out of Survey 101, J. E, Bettner, which land is required
for the reconstruction of F. M. Road 689 near Camp Verde; and after due con-
sideration by the court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner __!~
ied by Commissioner ~`j~,~i/ and unanimously approved by

urt that Kerr County hereby offers to pay the said Robbie Tips Alliger
t~~um of $400,00 for land and damages for her conveyance to the State of

r t~(~fi of 2, 046 acres of land out of Survey 101; and in addition to the foregoing
,c~,a5 ',consideration, Kerr County will relocate the existing entrance gate and

o~on ruct approximately 1450 feet of new livestock fencing along the new right-
~~- y line, which fencing shall consist of heart cedar posts set 25 feet apart

1 witHJ3' heart cedar stays between and 832-12-12 1/2 net wire with 3 barb wires;
And it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be autho-
rized to draw a voucher on the F. M, 689 No. 2 Right-of-Way fund in the
amount of $400.00, payable to Robbie Tips Alliger, the said voucher to be de-
livered upon receipt of her duly executed Right-of-Way Deed.
