Road 689 On this the 9th day of January, 1967, came on to be heard and consider- ed by the court the matter of compensation to be paid Annie L, Nowlin, and R. B, Nowlin and wife, Hazel Nowlin, for 7. 187 acres of land, together with two channel easements comprising 0.301 acres, which land and channel easements are re- ggired Eor the reconstruction of F. M. Road 689; and after due consideration by 'the' c`oux±t, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner ~~_I~:~,-~'~';r ^t-' , szco@ded by Commissioner /~~~"n and unanimously approved by the c6`urt that Kerr County hereby offers to pay the said Annie L. Nowlin, Individu- ALly~~nd ~s surviving widow of Oscar Nowlin, Deceased, together with R. B. Nowlin, and wife, Hazel Nowlin, the sum of $1, 078. O5 for land and damages for th'e"ir con~gyance to the State of Texas o£ 7.187 acres of land out of Surveys 547, 1583 and 574, together with their granting of two channel easements comprising 0.301 acres out of Surveya 1583 and 574; and in addition to the foregoing cash consideration, Kerr County will relocate, where necessary, the existing pasture roadway through Verde Pass and will construct approximately 8, 750 feet of new livestock fencing along the lines of the right-of-way conveyed, which fencing shall consist of heart cedar posts set 25 feet apart with 3 heart cedar stays be- tween and 832-12-12 1/2 net wire with 3 barb wires; and in addition, Kerr County will furnish as many as two 12 foot metal entrance gates if requested; And it is further ordered that the Clerk and the treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the F, M. 689 No. 2 Right-of-Way fund in the amount of $1, 087.05, payable to Annie L, Nowlin, R.
