Order Amending Order No, 10, 388, Offer to E. C.
Hubble, Individually and as Trustee,for Land and
Damages for Right-of-Way for F. M, Road 689
On this the 5th day of January, 1967, came on to be heard and
considered by the court the necessity of amending Order No. 10, 388, here-
tofore entered on the 30th day of December, 1966; and it appearing to the
court that in order to adequately compensate the said E. C. Hubble for
those d~.mages accruing as a result of his granting the required right-of-
way, a total of $5, 000.00 should be offered as compensation for land and
damages, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Sallee ,
C seconded by Commissioner Stone and unanimously ap-
~`~ proved by the court that the said Order No. 10, 388 be amended so as to
;'~ increase the amount of cash compensation offered the said E, C. Hubble,

f individually and as trustee, to $5, 000.00, with the Clerk and the Treasurer
and
beiizg authorized to draw a voucher in this amount/as set forth in the said
