TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
This is to certify that I, Vivian C. McNair do grant
to Roger Stone, Road Commissioner of Kerr County, Texas,
fv11 permission to cut and grade a county road through
a certain portion of m~ property. It is fu11y understood
and agreed that only that portion of my southwest pasture
is to be traversed as has been necessiated by the re-
routing of the present county road through the M. L.
Plummer property.
It is fu11y understood and agreed that this concession
in no way constitutes a right or deed to any of my property.
In the event the county road is ever abandoned, it is under-
stood and agreed that all use of this portion of my
southwest pasture sha11 revert back to Vivian C. McNair.
