Order Accepting Fencing Constructed by Gabriel Mata
Along F, M, Road 1340 and Order Payment for Same
On this the 20th day of January, 1967, came on to be heard and consider-
ed by the court the matter of the acceptance of the fencing constructed along the
Right-of-Way of F. M. Road 1340 by Gabriel Mata pursuant to his bids as accepted
by Kerr County as is set forth in Commissioners Court Order No. 10, 336 record-
ed in Vol. M, Page 401 of the Minutes of the Court; and it appearing to the court
that the said Gabriel Mata has completed all contr$ct fencing satisfactorily and
according to specifications as originally written and as modified by mutual agree-
ment, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone seconded
by Commissioner 3urne
and unanimously approved by the
court that Kerr County hereby accepts the aforesaid fencing and that final pay-
ment therefor be made in the amount of $2, 747.20 as is set forth in Appendix "A"
to this order;
And it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized
to draw a voucher on the F, M, 1340 Right-of-Way Fund in the amount of
$2, 747. 20 payable to Gabriel Mata.
