Order Amending Order No. 10, 828, Offer to Kathryn
Abbott, et al, for Right-of-Way for F. M. Road 394
On this the 3Uth day of December, 1968, came on to be heard and
considered by the Court the matter of amending Order No. 10, 828, entered
on the 9th day of December, 19b8, , whi~~h order set forth an offer to
Kathryn Abbott, et al, for right of way for F. M. Road 394; and it appear-
ing to the Court that damages to the rerr~ainder of the Abbott property are
_ greater than originally anticipated and that, therefore, the compensation
as originally offered should be increased,
It is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Com-
missioner Burney, and unanimously approved by the Court that the said
-~ Order No. 10, 828 be amended so as to offer the said Kathryn Abbott, Car-
xoll Abbott and wife, Edna Lorene Abbott, and Kathryn Abbott, Guardian
of the Estate of Anna Lou Abbott,	the su:m	of $1, 000. 00	for land ar_d damages
for their conveyance to the State	of Texas	of 0, 2$4 acre	s of land out of Sur-
vey 144, J. H. Cocke, for right of way fur F. M. Road 394; and
It is further ordered that the ch=_rk. and the Treasurer be authorized
to draw the two following vouchers as fo'~lows on the F. M. and Lateral Road
Fund, the said Carroll Abbott and wife having waived their rights of com-
pensation in favor of Kathryn Abbott, the said vouchers to be delivered upon
receipt of a ,properly authorized and executed Right-of-Way Deed:
1. Voucher in the amount of $750.00 payable to Kathryn Abbott
2. Voucher in the amount of $250. 00 payable to Kathryn Abbott,
Guardian of the Estate of Anna Lou Abbott.
