Offer to Kathryn Abbott, Carroll Abbott and Wife, Edna
Lorene Abbott, anciKa°thrytl Abbott, Guardian of the Estate
of Anna Lou Abbott, for i~.igh.t-of-Way for F. M, Road 394
On this the 9th day of December, 1.968, came on to be heard and con-
sidered by the Court the matter of comp,~nsation to be paid Kathryn Abbott,
a feme sole, individually and as the sureriving widow of Oran B. Abbott, De-
ceased together with Carroll Abbott and wife, Edna Lorene Abbott, and
Kathryn Abbott, Guardian of the Estate of Anna Lou Abbott, for the convey-
ance of land required for the construction of F. M. Road 394;
And after due consideration by the Court, it is ordered on motion by
Commissioner B~T'L"@s , seconded by Commissioner
Schwethelrr, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County
hereby offers to pay Kathryn Abbott, Carroll Abbott and wife, Edna Lorene
Abbott, and Kathryn Abbott, Guardian of the Estate of Anna Lou Abbott, the
sum of $200.00 for land and damages for their conveyance to the State of
Texas of 0. 284 acres of land out of Survey 144, J. H. Cocke;
And it is furthex ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be autho-
rized to draw the three following vouchers on the F, M. and Lateral Road
Fund, the said vouchers to be delivereci~ upon receipt of a properly autho-
rized and executed right-of-way deed:
1, Voucher in the amount of $100. 00 payable to Kathryn Abbott;
2. Voucher in the amount of $50. 00 payable to Carroll Abbott and
wife, Edna Lorene Abbott;
3. Voucher in the amount of $50. 00 payable to Kathryn Abbott,
Guardian of the Estate of Annz~ Lou Abbott.
