day o£ September 1968 at 10:00 o'clock A.M., in the City o£ Kerrville, a Regular Term of
Commissioners' Court, with the following members present;

and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:

On this the 9th day of September 1968, came on to be examined by the Court the
various claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners Pre ci.nets
since the last term o£ Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by t;he
Clerk and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road and Bridge Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4, Genera],
Officers Salary, Permanent Improvement and Jury Funds, as shown in the Minutes of Accounts
Allowed from page 1185 thru 1187 Voucher Nos. 21501 thru 21615 which were madt: a
part hereof and of this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Burney, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously
approved by the Court.

N0. 10772 MONTRLY REPORTS OF COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICERS OF KERB COUNTY APPROVED
On this the 9th day of September 1968, came on to be examined by the Court the vesriou
reports of Augu st o£ the County and Precinct Officers of Kerr County, Texas, and the :same
having been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports are true and
correct and should be approved; therefore, upon motion o£ Commissioner Stone, seconded by
Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that the submitted reports be
accepted and filed with the County L`lerk for future reference and subject to audlt.

On this the 9th day of September 1968, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Bartel, it was unanimously approved by the Court that upon
receipt of $20,864.12 into the Kerr County Lateral Road Fund, the County Clerk and County
Treasurer are hereby directed to make the following transfers:
