!~I Court the matter of classifying lands in Kerr County for tax purposes and setting valua-
!!' tiona to be employed by the Tax Assessor of Kerr County, Texas, in taking renditions for
"'~ 1969 ad valorem taxes; and it appearing to the Court that the following minimum et andarda
'!~, of valuation should be employed to secure fair, just and equal renditions. It is therefore
~.II ordered and the Tax Assessor of Kerr County is herewith instructed to employ the following

~'!!i minimum values in taking renditions for 1969 ad valorem taxes; it being the intent of the
~~I~ Court that the following values shall be a binding minimum, but shall not be construed as
