On this the 14th day of October 1968, came on to be examined by the Court	the various
reports oŁ September of the County and Precinct Officers of Kerr County, Texas,	and the
same having been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports are	true and
correct and should be approved; therefore, upon motion of Commissioner Stone,	seconded by

N0. 10788 APPROVAL OF ALLOWANCE FOR ROY BENNETT
On this the 14th day of October 1968, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that the allowance for Hoy
Bennett be extended for 12 months, effective October 1, 1968.

N0. 10789 ORDER AUTHORIZING APPOINTMENT OF YALORIE CARPENTER AS DEPUTY TAX ASSESSOR-
COLLECTOR it
On this the 14th day of October 1968, came on to be considered by the Court the '
application oŁ Juanita Reeves, Tax Assessor-Collector, for authority to appoint and i
deputize Valo rie Carpenter as Deputy Tax Assessor-Collector, and it appearing to the
Court that said officer is entitled to said Deputy and that the application should be ~'
approved; thereŁo re on motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner ~'~~
Burney, the Court unanimously approved that said officer be authorized to deputize Yalorie ~'
Carpenter as Deputy Tax Assessor-Collector and that her Bala ry be set at j{280.00 per
month, effective the date of her qualification, the same being the 14th day of October 19681-.

On this the 14th day of October 1968, came on to be examined by the Court Cert ificatea
oŁ Cancellation, Certificates Nos. 20383 and 20384, presented to the Court by Juanita
Reeves, Tax Assessor-Collector of Kerr County, and it appearing to the Court that the '
' reasons set out in said Certificates for the cancellation of taxes are good and sufficient ,~~
it is therefore ordered by the Court that the said certificates be granted and signed by
