And the Court having canvassed and tabulated the returns of the nineteen election precineta and the Absentee Canvassing Board Box, are of the opinion that said returns, after having been opened and canvassed, ere true and correct and should be approved. HALL AND LOTS VIRGINIA LEE HALL HEY AND HUSBAND, WILSON HEY, ~I JR., FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR F. M. ROAD 1340 ~~ On this the 8th day of November, 1968, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of compensation to be paid Helen R. Hall, a fame sole, and the surviving (widow of H. L. Hall, Deceased, together with Lois Virginia Lee Hall Hey and husband, Wilson Hey, Jr., Łor the conveyance of land required Łor the extension of F. M. Road 1340; and :'after due consideration by the Court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, second- ed by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously a pproved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay Helen R. Hall and Lois Virginia Lee Hall Hey and husband, Wilson Hey, Jr., the sum of $2,106.50 for land, damages and severance damages for their conveyance to the State of Texas of 16.065 acres of land out of Surveys 20, 21 and 22; and in addition to the cash compensation offered, Kerr County will, prior to the construction of the new roadway, construct a new livestock fence on both sides oŁ the right-of-way conveyed consisting of 3y inch net wire topped with one smooth cable wire and heart cedar poets set 30 feet apart in concrete with 3 heart cedar st aye between, it being She agreement of the pa rtlea that the fencing shall be conet rutted by Gabriel L.
