And the Court having canvassed and tabulated the returns of the nineteen election I precin ets and the Absentee Canvassing Hoard Box, are oŁ the opinion that said returns, lafter having been opened and canvassed, are true and correct and should be approved. NO. 10805 ORDER APPROVING PAYMENT OF GENERAL ELECTION OFFICERS On this the 8th day oŁ November 1968, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved the payment of claims oŁ Election Officials as per claims on file at $1.25 per hour and the Yreeiding Judges $5.00 for bringing in returns of Election, including the Absentee Box. I o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o I NO. 10806 OFFER TO HELEN R. HALL AND LOIS VIRGINIA LEE HALL HEY AND HUSBAND, WILSON HEY, Jft., FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR F. M. ROAD 1340 On this the 8th day of November, 1968, came on to be heard and considered by the ii Court the matter of compensation to be paid Helen R. Hell, a fame sole, and the surviving I' widow oŁ H. L. Hall, Deceased, together with Lois Virginia Lee Hall Hey and husband, Wilson ~ Hey, Jr., for the conveyance of land required for the extension oŁ F. M. Hoad 1340; and P after due consideration by the Court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, second- ed by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay Helen R. Hall and Lois Virginia Lee Hall Hey and husband, Wilson Hey, Jr., the sum of $2,106.50 for land, damages and severance damages for their conveyance to the VIII State of Texas of 16.065 acres of land out of Surveys 20, 21 and 22; and in addition to the ~~~~ cash compensation offered, Kerr County will, prior to the construction oŁ the new roadway, construct a new livestock fence on both sides of the right-oŁ-way conveyed consisting of 39 inch net wire topped with one smooth cable wire and heart cedar posts set 30 feet apart h in concrete with 3 heart cedar stays between, it being the agreement of the parties that the fencing shall be constructed by Gabriel L.
