And it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to drew a
voucher on the F. M. 1340 ROW Fund in the amount of y2,106.50 payable to Helen R. Hall,
Lois Virginia Lee Hall Hey and Wilson Hey, Jr., the said voucher to be delivered upon
receipt of their properly executed right-of-way deed.
