ed by Commissioner Schwethelm, it was unanimously approved by the Court that the County
Judge be authorized to advertise for bids for one 1969 four door sedan for the Kerr County
Sheriff's Department.
Specii'i cations are on file in the office oŁ the County Clerk.
Bids to be received until 10:00 o'clock A.M. December 9, 1968, at which time all Uids
will be publicly opened and read.
Kerr County reserves the right to reject any and ell Lids.
Notices to be published November 20 and November 27, 1968, in the official newspaper

W. N. Hatch, Deceased, and Independent Executor of the Estate of W. N. Hatch, Deceased, li
to convey to the State oŁ Texaa 25.49 acrea oŁ land out oŁ Surveys No. 6, Abstract No. 1581 I
and out of Survey No. 4, Abstract No. 1579 and to grant to the State oŁ Texas a Channel.
Easement comprising 1.056 acrea out of said Survey No. 4, the foregoing being for the
purpose of providing right-of-way for the extension of F. M. Road 1340;
And it appearing to the Court that her offer 1a reasonable and in the best interests '~

oŁ all concerned, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner

Bartel and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby accepts the aforesaid '

application of Juanita Reeves, Tax Assessor-Collector, Łor authority to appoint and
deputize Anne Weinheimer as Deputy Tax Assessor-Oollector, and it appearing to the Court
~ai that ea id officer is entitled to said Deputy and that the application should be approved;
therefore on motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Burney, the
III Court unanimously approved that said officer be authorized to deputize Anne Weinheimer as
~i Deputy Tax Aesesso r-Collector and that her salary be set at $3360.00 per annum, effective
the date oŁ her qualification, the same being the 12th day of November 1968.
