Court of Kerr County, Texas, from pages 5 thru 10, Volume N.

N0. 10817 APPROVAL OF QUARTERLY REPORT OF COUNTY TREASURER
On this the 12th day of November 1968, in Regular Monthly Session of Commissionera'
Court, came on for examination the Quarterly Report oŁ Mrs. E. M. McDonald, County Trea sur
er of said County, for the period beginning on the 1st day oŁ August 1968 and ending on
the 31st day oŁ October 1968, and the same having been examined and compared by the Court
and Found correct.
pnd it appearing to the Court that during the said time the Treasurer has received
for account and credit and paid out oŁ each of said Fonda ae reflected in the report and
become a part thereof; and that said accounts received and paid out of the respective
funds, since the filing oŁ the preceding report and during the period above stated, are
found correct as therein shown.
It is therefore ordered by the Court that the said detailed report be, and the same ~"

is hereby approved, and the Clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to file same in the ;I
record binder provided for the Minutes of County Finances, and that proper credits be made ~~
in the accounts of said Treasurer in accordance with this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Stone and unanimously ~,

CLERX OF INDEBTEDNESS, EXPENDITURES AND RECEIPTS OF KERR COUNTY
On this the 12th day of November 1968, came on to be examined by the Court the
Quarterly Report and Tabular Statement oŁ Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, covering the ',
indebtedness, expenditures and receipts of Kerr County for the quarter beginning August
1, 1968 and ending October 31, 1y68, and the same having been compared and examined by the,
Court and found correct.
' Upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court
i unanimously approved said report and ordered said report to be filed for Future reference
