ed by Commissioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved the Minutes of Commissioners'
Court oŁ Kerr County, Texas, from pages 5 thru 10, Volume N.

N0. 10817 APPROVAL OF QUARTERLY REPORT OF COUNTY TREASURER
On this the 12th day of November 1960, in Regular Monthly Session of Commissioners'
Court, came on for examination the Quarterly Report of Mrs. E. M. McDonald, County Trea sux
er oŁ said County, for the period beginning on the 1st day oŁ Auguat 1968 and ending on
the 31st day of October 1968, and the same having been examined and compared by the Court
and found correct.
pnd it appearing to the Court that during the said time the Treasurer has received
Łor account and credit and paid out of each of said funds ae reflected in the report and
become a part thereof; and that said accounts received and paid out oŁ the respective
funds, since the filing of the preceding report and during the period above stated, are
found correct as therein shown.
It is therefore ordered by the Court that the said detailed report be, and the same
is hereby approved, and the Clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to file same in the
I record binder provided for the Minutes of County Finances, and that proper credits be made !~I
in the accounts of said Treasurer in accordance with tY,ia order.

CLERK OF INDEBTEDNESS, EXPENDITURES AND RECEIPTS OF KERR COUNTY
On this the 12th day oŁ November 1968, came on to be examined by the Court the
~~~~~ Q,ua rterly Report and Tabular Statement of Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, covering the '
~~ indebtedness, expenditures and receipts oŁ Kerr County Łor the quarter beginning August
~II 1, 1968 and ending October 31, 1968, and the same having been compared and examined by the `f
~'li Court and found correct.
Upon motion made by Commi ss Toner Stone, seconded by Cormnissioner Bartel, the Court ~,
unanimously approved said report and ordered said report to be filed for future reference
and subject to audit.
