sealed bids for one 1469 Model 4 Door Sedan Łoz the Sheriff's Department, as per specifica-
tions on file in the County Clerk's oi'f ice.

Upon opening and reading the bids filed with the County Clerk of the Court, it is
~~~,', found that the bid of Ken St oepel Ford, Inc., in the amount of $1780.00, which is the
'~, total difference to be paid by the Sheriff's Department, between the new unit and the 1966
Chevrolet 4--oor Sedan, be accepted as the lowest and best bid.

On this the 9th day oY December 1968, came on to be examined by the Court	the variousi
reports of November of the County and precinct Officers oŁ Kerr County, Texas,	and the
same having been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports ar	e true and
correct and should be app rovedg therefore, upon motion of Commissioner Bartel,	seconded
by Commissioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved that the submitted repo	rts be
accepted and filed with the County Clerk for future reference and subject to a	udit.
