On this the 9th day of December 1968, came on to be considered by the Court the
I sealed bids for one 1969 Model 4 Door Sedan for the Sheriff's Department, ea per specifics

Upon opening and reading the bids filed with the County Clerk o£ the Court, it is
found that the bid of Ken Stoepel Ford, Inc., in the amount of $1780.00, which ie the
~, total difference to be paid by the Sheriff's Department, between the new unit and the 1966
~. Chevrolet 4-Door Sedan, be accepted as the lowest end best bid.

same having been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports are true and
correct and should be approved, therefore, upon motion of Commissioner Ha rtel, seconded
by Commisaioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved that the submitted reports be
accepted and filed with the County Clerk for future reference and subject to audit.
