On this the 9th day of December 1968, came on to be considered by the Court the
sealed bids for one 1969 Model 4 Door Sedan for the Sheriff's Department, as per specifica-
~.' tions on file in the County Clerk's office.

Upon opening and reading the bids filed with the County Clerk oŁ the Court, it is
',' found that the bid of Ken Stoepel Ford, Inc., in the amount of $1780.00, which is the
I~ total difference to be paid by the Sheriff's Department, between the new unit and the 1966
!, Chevrolet 4-Door Sedan, be accepted as the lowest and best bid.
' Motion msde by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Burney and unanimous-
ly approved by the Court.
