NO. 10824 APPROVAL OF TERRACING CONTRACT IN PRECINCT N0. 2
On this the 9th day of December 1968, in accordance with the provisions of Article
2372c oŁ the Revised Civil Statutes of Texas, the application oŁ H. H. Storms, Yor terrac-
ing oY his land about 4 miles southeast of Camp Verde in Precinct No. 2, was approved by
the Court and contract entered into by and between the Commissioner of Precinct No. 2 and
the aforementioned party.
Motion made by Commissioner Burney, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously
approved by the Court.

N0. 10825 APPROVAL OF ANNDAL PAYMENT TO SID PETERSON MEMORIAL H03PITAL
On this the 9th day of December 1968, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, second-
ed by Commissioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved that the annual payment be made
to the Sid Peterson Memorial Hospital in the amount of $2500.00, payable out of the Genera]
Fund, toward the care oŁ indigent patients for the year 1968.

Court the matter oŁ redefining the boundaries of the four County Commissioners Precincts
oŁ Kerr County, and it appearing to the Court that pursuant to Article 5, Section 18, i~~.
oŁ the Constitution of the State oŁ Texaa, the Commissioners Court shall, from time to ~~~I
time, for the convenience of the people, divide Kerr County into four Commissioners Pre- ~,
c in ct s, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seeended by Commissioner Burney,
and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County shall be, as of the effective date
oŁ this order, divided into four Commissioners Precincts as hereina Yter described by metes III
and bounds, and that, pursuant to the authority contained in Article 2351 1/2, Yernon's ~~~,
Annotated Texaa Civil Statutes, the provisions oŁ this order shall become effective on ~~li
