seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that the December 1968 pay
day for officials, emplayees and allowances be set for December 23, 1968.

N0. 10824 APPROVAL OF TERRACING CONTRACT IN PRECINCT N0. 2
On this the 9th day of Deaember 1968, in accordance with the provisions of Article
2372c of the Revised Civil Statutes of Texas, the application of H. H. Storms, for terrac-
ing of his land about 4 miles southeast of Cemp Verde in precinct No. 2, was approved by
the Court and contract entered into by and between the Commissioner of Precinct No. 2 end
the aforementioned party.
Motion made by Commissioner Burney, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously
approved by the Court.

N0. 10825 APPROVAL OF ANNUAL PAYMENT TO SID PETERSON MEMORIAL HO5YITAL
On this the 9th day of December 1968, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, second
ed by Commissioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved that the annual payment be made
to the Sid Peterson Memorial Hospital in the amount of $2500.00, payable out of the Genere
Fund, toward the care of indigent patients for the year 1968.

N0. 10826 EBTEAISION Op MONTHLY ALLOWANCE FOR NANNIE SHERMAN
On this the 9th day of December 1968, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, second-
ed by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the monthly allowance for
Nannie Sherman be extended for six months, retroactive to November 1, 1968.

COUNTY, EFFECT IVE JANUARY 1, 1969 '
On this the 9th day of December, 1968, came on to be heard and considered by the {
Court the matter of redefining the boundaries of the four County Commissioners Precincts

of Kerr County, and it appearing to the Court that pursuant to Article 5, Section 18, ,I
of the Constitution of the State of Texas, tke Commissioners Court shall, from time to '~~
time, for the convenience oŁ the people, divide Kerr County into four Commissioners Pre- 'i~
cin ct s, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Burney,
and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County shall be, as of the effective date ~.'I
of this order, divided into four Commissioners Precincts as hereinafter described by metes ~,~.
and bounds, and that, pursuant to the authority contained in Article 2351 1/2, Vernon's
Annotated Texas Civil Statutes, the provisions of this order shall become effective on ',,~~
January 1, 1969, and be in effect thereafter until altered by proper and lawful order or ~,
statute.
