N0. 10824 APPROVAL OF TERRACING CONTRACT IN PRECINCT N0. 2
On this the 9th day of December 1968, in accordance with the provisions of Article
2372c of the Revised Civil Statutes of Texas, the application of H. H. Storms, for terrac-
ing of his land about 4 miles aouthea st of Camp Verde in Precinct No. 2, was approved by
the Court and contract entered into by and between the Commissioner oŁ Precinct No. 2 and
the aforementioned party.
Motion made by Commissioner Burney, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously
approved by the Court.

II N0. 10825 APPROVAL OF ANNUAL PAYMENT TO SID PETERSON MEMORIAL HOSPITAL
On this the 9th day of December 1968, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, second
ed by Commissioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved that the annual payment be made
to the Sid Peterson Memorial Hospital in the amount of $2500.00, payable out of the Genera:
Fund, toward the care oŁ indigent patients for the year 1968.

N0. 10826 EXTENSION OF MONTHLY ALLOWANCE FOR NANNIE SHERMAN
On this the 9th day of December 1968, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, second-
ed by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the monthly allowance for
Nannie Sherman be extended for six months, retroactive to November 1, 1968.

N0. 10827 ORDER REDEFINING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS PRECINCTS OF KERB
COUNTY, EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 1969
On this the 9th day of December, 1968, came on to be heard and considered by the
Court the matter of redefining the boundaries oŁ the four County Commissioners Precincts
of Kerr County, and it appearing to the Court that pursuant to Article 5, Section 18,
of the Constitution of the State of Texaa, the Commissioners Court shall, from time to
time, for the convenience of the people, divide Kerr County into four Commissioners Pre-
cin ct s, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Burney,
and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County shall be, as of the effective date
of this order, divided into four Commissioners Precincts as hereinafter described by metes
and bounds, and that, pursuant to the authority oontained in Article 2351 1/2, Vernon's
Annotated Texas Civil Statutes, the provisions of this order shall become effective on
January 1, 1969, and be in effect therea Łter until altered by proper and lawful order or
statute.

effective January 1, 1969, by metes and bounds as follows:
