On this the 9th day of December, 1968, came on to be heard and considered by the
Court the matter of oompen sation to be paid Kathryn Abbott, a fame sole, individually
and as the surviving widow of Oran B. Abbott, Deceased together with Carroll Abbott and
wife, Edna Lorene Abbott, and Kathryn Abbott, Guardian of the Estate of Anna Lou Abbott,
for the conveyance of land required for the cnnst ru etion of F. M. Road 394;
And after due consideration by the Court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner
'I Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm, and unanimously approved by the Court that
~I, Kerr County hereby offers to pay Kathryn Abbott, Carroll Abbott and wife, Edna Lorene

'I Abbott, and Kathryn Abbott, Guardian of the Estate of Anna Lou Abbott, the sum of $200.00

j for land and damages for their conveyance to the State of Texas of 0.284 acres oŁ land out

' And it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw the
