!, On this the 9th day of December, 1968, came on to be heard and considered by the
Court the matter of compensation to be paid Kathryn Abbott, a feme sole, individually
and as the surviving widow of Oran B. Abbott, Deceased together with Carroll Abbott and '
wife, Edna Lorene Abbott, and Kathryn Abbott, Guardian of the Estate oŁ Anna Lou Abbott,
for the conveyance of land required for the cunstruction of F. M. Hoad 3y4; '
And after due consideration by the Court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner ~,
Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm, and unanimously approved by the Court that
Kerr County hereby offers to pay Kathryn Abbott, Carroll Abbott and wife, Edna Lorene
Abbott, and Kathryn Abbott, Guardian of the Estate of A:ina Lou Abbott, the sum of $200.00
for land and damages for their conveyance to the State of Texas of C.284 acres of land out
of Survey 144, J. H. Cocks;
And it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw the
three following vouchers on the F. M. and Lateral Road Fund, the said vouchers to be
delivered upon receipt of a properly authorized and executed right-of-way deed;
1. Voucher in the amount of $100.00 payable to Kathryn Abbott; ~h,
2. Voucher in the amount of $50.00 payable to Carroll Abbott and wife, Edna Lorene
Abbott;
3. Voucher in the amount of $50.00 payable to Kathryn Abbott, Guardian of the Estate ~i'
of Anna Lou Abbott.
