TREASURY BILLS CONST ITU SURPLUS FUNDS OF KERB COUNTY FL00D CONTROL 1~1A INTENAN CE FUND On this the 23rd day of December, 1968, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of reinvesting the proceeds of certain U. S. Treasury Bills having a maturity value of $11,000.00 and maturing December 31, 1968; and It appearing to the Court that it would be in the best interests of Kerr County to reinvest the proceeds of the said U. S. Treasury Bills forthwith, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, and unanimously approved by the Court that the Chas. Schreiner Bank, the official depository of Kerr County, be authorized to reinvest the proceeds of the aforesaid U. S. Treasury Bi 11s as fully as is mathematical ly possible in new U. S.
