TREASURY BILLS SURPLUS FUNDS OF KERB COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL ll1A INTENAN CE FUND On this the 23rd day of December, 1968, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of reinvesting the proceeds of certain U. S. Tres BUry Bills having e maturity value of $11,000.00 and maturing December 31, 1968; and It appearing to the Court that it would be in the best interests of Kerr County to reinvest the proceeds of the said U. S. Treasury Bills forthwith, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, and unanimously approved by the Court that the Chas. Schreiner Bank, the official depository of Kerr County, be authorize to reinvest the proceeds of the aforesaid U. S. Treasury Bills as fully as is mathematics ly possible in new U. S. Treasury Bills oŁ the longest available term and to hold the same in safekeeping; and It is further ordered that the County Judge be authorized to sign any necessary purchase orders or other instruments on behalf of Kerr County. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o
