TREASURY BILLS CON ST ITU SURPLUS FUNDS OF KERB COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL Mu1INTENAN CE FUND On this the 23rd day of December, 1968, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter o£ reinvesting the proceeds o£ certain U. J. Treasury Bills having a maturity value of 1311,000.00 and maturing December 31, 1968; and It appearing to the Court that it would be in the best interests of Kerr County to reinvest the proceeds of the said U. S. Treasury Bills forthwith, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, and unanimously approved by the Court that the Chas. Schreiner Bank, the official depository of Kerr County, be authorized to reinvest the proceeds of the aforesaid U. S. Treasury Bills as fully as is mathematical ly possible in new U. S. Treasury Bills of the longest available term and to hold the same in safekeeping; and It is further ordered that the County Judge be authorized to sign any necessary purchase orders or other instruments on behalf of Kerr County. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o
