TREASURY BILLS CONSTITUTING SURPLUS FUNDS OF KERR COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL ll7A INTENAN CE FUND On this the 23rd day of pecember, 1968, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter o£ reinvesting the proceeds of certain U. 5. Treasury Bills having a maturity value of $11,000.OC and maturing December 31, 1968; and It appearing to the Court that it would be in the best interests of Kerr County to reinvest the proceeds o£ the said U. S. Treasury Hi11s forthwith, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, and unanimously approved by the Court that the Chas. Schreiner Bank, the official depository of Kerr County, be authorized to reinvest the proceeds oY the aforesaid U. S. Treasury Bi11s as fully as is mathematical ly possible in new U. S.
