On this the 30th day of December, 19b8, came on to be heard and considered by the
Court the matter of amending Order No. 10828, entered on the 9th day of December, 1968,
which order set forth an offer to Kathryn Abbott, et al, for right of way for F. M. Road
394; and it appearing to the Court that damages to the remainder of the Abbott property are
greater than originally anticipated and that, therefore, the compensation as originally
offered should be increased,
It is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commisaioner Burney, and ~I
