I~Iuenker, County Clerk, belonging to officers, witnesses and other persons, remaining in her hands uncalled for by the parties entitled thereto, for the period ending the 31st day of December 1967 and held on deposit in the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the amount of $2206.35. Schreiner Bank, Kerrville, Texas, of collections and deposits and disbursements by her in her official capacity, to officers and persons entitled thereto, and amounts remain- ing in her hands for the period from June 30, 1967, leaving a balance of $2206.35 on deposit in said Trust Fund, for the period ending December 31, 1967. ^ It appearing to the Court that said report is in due form and should be approved; therefore, on motion by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved said report as submitted, to be filed with the County Clerk. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 10633 ORDER SETTING COUNTY OFFICIALS ON SALARY BASIS On tYiis the 8th day of January 1968, at a Regular Term of the Commissioners' Court, with a quorum being present, there came on for consideration the matter of compensation of various County Officials of Kerr County, Texas, for the year 1968, as provided for in Article 3912e, Section 2, R.C.S. of Texas. And it appearing to the Court that Kerr County has a population of less than 20,000 inhabitants, according to the last Federal Census, and that the interests of the County would be best served if the County Officials oŁ Kerr County are paid on a salary basis for the year 1968. Upon motion duly made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Stone and un- animously approved by the Court, it is ordered that the County Officials of Kerr County be paid on a salary basis as provided by law, for the year 1968. It is further ordered by the Court that the Clerk of the Court prepare a certified copy of this order and send same to
