It appearing to the Court that said report is in due form and should be approved; therefore, on motion by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved said report as submitted, to be filed with the County Clerk. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 10633 ORDER SETTING COUNTY OFFICIALS ON SALARY BASIS On tYiis the 8th day of January 1968, at a Regular Term of the Commissioners' Court, with a quorum being present, there came on for consideration the matter of compensation of various County Officials of Kerr County, Texas, for the year 1968, as provided for in Article 3912e, Section 2, R.C.S, of Texas. And it appearing to the Court that Kerr County has a population of less than 20,000 inhabitants, according to the last Federal Census, and that the interests of the County would be best served if the County Officials of Kerr County are paid on a salary basis for the year 1968. Upon motion duly made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Stone and un- animously approved by the Court, it is ordered that the County Officials of Kerr County be paid on a salary basis as provided by law, for the year 1968.
